The Workforce Development and Technical Education Division at BridgeValley Community and Technical College consists of professionals who are highly experienced in labor market research to identify the most in-demand jobs.  We then work closely with regional business and organizations to develop quality programs that produce results--for our students and their employers! As a result, BVCTC meets the higher education, workforce development, and training needs for industries ranging from healthcare to manufacturing.

For example, our Commercial Drivers License program consists of several options: Class A, Class A w/ Pintlehook,  Class B and several endorsements.  We offer online theory classes to help students prepare for the CDL Learners Permit quizzes prior to their deck and public road training.  We also offer CDL training contracts tailored to the needs of our corporate partners.
